- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible experience both times. They offer the most expensive option to help your dog and won't suggest alternate options unless you ask. Also they forgot my dogs leash and cone collar. I called because the cone collar was too big and they refused to replace it or refund the $11 I paid for it.
